Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Spa Services:

  • Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before to avoid fees.
  • No refunds for missed appointments without prior notice.
  • For multi-therapist sessions, timely cancellations are required to avoid charges.

Skincare Products:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days if products are unopened and sealed.
  • Refunds issued after we inspect the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
